Do you know how to see the files and folders in your FTP? wp-content is right in the top level of the folder where you uploaded wordpress. Good luck & ask a specific question if you have any trouble.

The installation of WordPress is in your /piratebroadcast folder so you should be able to upload themes to your /piratebroadcast/wp-content/themes folder.

If you can’t see the folder you might also make sure that the FTP login you are using ‘allows’ you into the proper folder. The starting folder, sometimes called destination folder, is determined (and set) in your hosting account control panel.
