wp-config.php error

i followed the 5 minute installation completely then the full installation but i just cant figure out the problem. My host is godaddy and i have it set to php/linux, i set up the mysql account, and i get this error when i go to the page that is supposed to install:

http://www.screenplayace.com/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php

what could be the problem here? Is there something obvious im missing or mistaking?
