WP-CLIENT

I downloaded the WordPress Wordfence plugin and ran a scan. I recently installed WP-Client Management Portal plugin into my WP site but after running a scan through Wordfence, it alerted me that additional plugins within WP-Client were malicious. “Saying that the file appears to be installed by a hacker to perform malicious activity” WP Client claims to be a #1 wordpress plugin for wordpress and i wanted to confirm if it is a safe plugin. So far the plug in seems to work just fine, but seeing it flagged through Wordfence caught my attention.

Any advice would really help.
