WP Charge

Dear sir or madam!
I have a problem!
One year ago I created a website based on wordpress hosting. I payed money with paypal to edit domain name and to get some extra functions, but soon decided not to use it anymore. Yesterday WordPress tried to get money from my paypal, but the transaction was declined because there was no money on my credit card. The problem is that I have no access to my previous account on wordpress, previous e-mail account and it is absolutely impossible to get access again!
How can I reject that function? I dont want to pay anymore! Can you stop it somehow if I give you my email adress I registered paypal with?
Please help me!!
