wp-cerber blocking restore during migration

    I am trying to prove that I can back up my site and then restore it somewhere else (migration). Currently that somewhere else is my personal machine.

    I have been working with the wp-BackupMigration people on a problem where my restores hang while restoring the cerber database tables. They said it was due to wp-cerber blocking access to the plugin.

    I have had similar problems with wpvivid and updraft plugins.

    Is there something I need to configure differently in wp-cerber to allow this to work?
