WP can’t find minified files

Hi,

If I enable minify, WP is unable to load the minified files as the domain part of the URL is omitted.

For example:
https://wp-content/cache/wpo-minify/1619267348/assets/wpo-minify-header-ec2f2f76.min.css
https://wp-content/cache/wpo-minify/1619267348/assets/wpo-minify-header-b4826a57.min.js

My site is running in an Azure App Service (Windows).
I think requests are also not hitting cached pages for the same reason.
When I first installed WP-Optimize it used to work very well. Issue started after a upgrade.

Does anyone have an idea of what could be happening?
