    all of the support staff that I have encountered have been extremely helpful, even though it may not be directly their issue, they are willing to help to give some direction. I have faced other hosting company support personnel that will flat out pass the buck and refused to help. So I know when your support people extend the kindness to help and direct us to the right answer and solution, I really appreciate this, and I know your company is a very good company. You are willing to help and get answer to solve a problem. Keep this up. Wp all import is a great plug in. My site has 25k items, and it has done a great job getting these gigantic files imported.
