WP-Admin Sync Issues??

Why would, when I type in my domain and https://, two separate website options show up? I am able to edit the second, but not the first.

But my wp-admin page seems to be connected to the first. And when I am on my wp-admin page, and click the Home button to “Visit Site” it goes to the un-editable version. Further, when I make edits on the second, it does not seem to sync to my wp-admin page.

I am 100% new to this, any help is appreciated.
