WP Admin relocating Collapse button

    I am trying to customize WordPress Admin area.

    Is there a way to relocate Collapse button from #adminmenu to #wpadminbar?

    I tried javascript method with detach() and insertAfter() functions, but then you can see the button jumping from adminmenu to adminbar on load. Maby there is other solution?
