wp-admin redirect doesn’t work?

This is a new WP site I stood up a few days ago. After installing CERBER, I set a custom login URL specified AND have disabled dashboard redirection. When testing this (logging in using /WP-ADMIN), I expected an error yet I was redirected to my custom login URL. How do I prevent that? What is the value of a custom URL if I’m redirected to it from WP-ADMIN?

I found these errors in the CERBER database info section, is the answer here? Is there something wrong?
