/wp-admin/ not accecable

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 25165824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 24 bytes) in /usr/home/web/wse152924/carlssonmedia.se/wp-includes/pomo/entry.php on line 49

Thats what i get when i try to access my adminpanel! Note that i have tried setting the memorylimit higher in wp-settings.php, but that doesn’t work.. And i can’t up it in php.ini, since i dont have access to it. What is wrong? Thanks in advance!
