wp-admin Login page not found

I’ve installed WordPress on 6/17, installed many plugins, but only activated a few. I believe one of which was a plugin to hide the admin login page. I wasn’t aware that I had already activated it or not, but I inadvertently logged out and now I can’t find the admin login page. All of my folders are in tact and with the original names.

How do I find my admin page? Isn’t there any indicator in the db tables or something. How can WP be allowed to changed the location or redirect with out giving some sort of email or notice to the admin? Anyway, I’ve already searched threads on here and none seemed a solution for me.

I just would appreciate how to find the admin login page.
