WP Admin Fails to Load

Been working on optimizing my small, personal site. Came across the Swift Performance Lite (SPL) plugin via a search when looking for some features. Installed the plugin and site works great…except for the wp-admin page – see attached link. When I go to the page in any browser, even incognito mode, fails to load the admin page to login.
I was able to access my site via my cross-site tie in with WordPress.com and went through all the recent plugins. It was not until I disable the SPL plugin did the wp-admin page load; enabled the plugin and page fails to load. Disabled and re-enabled the other plugins I needed and page loads fine so fairly confident this plugin is causing the issue. Tried putting the page in the the exception list – no change.
Turned on the log for SPL and only getting these entries for the page:

Ideas or settings in SPL I change can to resolve this? Thanks in advance for any assistance!
