Hi All !
if wp-admin due to any plugin or any long post(i.e the size is not allowed by the hosting provider and it exceeds the memory range of hosting provider) is corrupted and it will give an error. Then what is the solution to recover it means if we are unable to access wp-admin page then how will we recover this then ?

try:
– switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

– resetting the plugins folder by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Or you can do one thing. Re-upload the fresh wp-admin and wp-includes folder at your server.
