WP 7.0 WP_DEBUG message: “Notice: Function _load_textdomain”

    Hi Matomo Folks,
    I am using the latest version of the Matomo Analytics plugin (5.11.1 at the time of this post) with WordPress 7.0, and when I enable WP_DEBUG/WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY, the following Notice renders:
    Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the matomo domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /Users/matthewhuntley/Local Sites/wp-70-plugins-test/app/public/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6170
    I know this is a common, mostly harmless Notice, but is this something you could address with the next iteration?
