Would ARMember Pro cover this use case

    We need to create an application and payment system with the added hiccup that we only take payment after the application is manually approved. Applicant and payment status needs to be automatically tracked and easily indexed.

    How I think it’s going to go:

    • Applicants fill out a sign-up page with only a free subscription plan on it and selected by default and hidden by CSS.
    • In the backend we review their info and manually approve them.
    • On approval, a confirmation email is sent containing an invoice for the correct amount and a link to a sign-up page with their specific paid subscription on it.
    • They complete the payment sign-up page which is tracked in the backend.

    As I understand it, we can only create new Signup pages with the Pro version. What is the max number of Signup pages we can create? Can we customise confirmation emails based on the form information provided? Thanks.
