Worse Support Ever!

Beautiful plugin (from design perspective) but when it comes to getting assistance from technical support there is no a single answer solving the issue. I do not know even why they have technical support; they should be honest and say to the customer “you are buying our plugin for $99 for 3 sites but you won’t get support and refer to the FAQ and other Users-Community-Questions. They even have a GET PREMIUM SUPPORT which is a joke, they always answer vaguely or ask you to refer to one of those community blogs.
I wanted the plugin works but their support is awful to say the least. Not worth it!
