Worldwide shipping

Jigoshop version 1.11.4 installed

I developed a WP website for a customer and used JigoShop for her shopping area. My customer now wants to ship worldwide. She sells t-shirts, paintings, giclees, surfboards, jewelry and scarves. So, as you can see, there are several items that has a -huge- difference on their size/weight.

What (payed or free) plugin should I use in order to cover: different shipping weight, ship to USA and ship worldwide.
