Workshop & Ticketing System

Hey there….

I was wondering if someone could help me with this. I’m currently busy for a committee that’s organizing a rather large convention.

They are planning to sell several types of tickets according to your current status (alumni ticket, student ticket etc.) With that, you can choose several workshops in multiple rounds which have a maximum ammount of attendees, in which the remaining quantity can be seen.

At first, I was thinking of using WooCommerce together with Event Calendar & Ticketing. But now I’m just lost.

Basically the plan is this:

STEP 1 – Choose your ticket:
• Student Tickets €11,00
• Alumni Tickets € 13,00
• External Tickets € 20,00

STEP 2 – Choose your workshop
• Round I
+ Workshop by ### / 40 seats available
+ Workshop by ### / 34 seats available
+ Workshop by ### / 42 seats available
+ Workshop by ### / 22 seats available

• Round II
+ Workshop by ### / 40 seats available
+ Workshop by ### / 34 seats available
+ Workshop by ### / 42 seats available
+ Workshop by ### / 22 seats available

STEP 3 – Add your billing information
STEP 4 – Proceed to check out
STEP 5 – Payment with IDEAL method
STEP 6 – Thank u note

Now I’ve checked out Event Espresso as well… but I’m not sure if that’s the one I need as well.
