Hmm, it sounds like the theme is not relying on the built-in WordPress upload functions. If that is the case then it probably circumvents the plugin API as well and so Imsanity is not aware of the files being uploaded.
Depending on the way the them works – it sound like they may not be uploaded to the Media Library either?
I don’t think Imsanity is going to be able to catch these unfortunately.
Hi .. yes the images uploads by the users in the front-end are in the media library. They are with the original size. If I use the option of the plugin to search images to resize they are detected and I can resizes .. but the problem is that is not working automatically when the user upload the image.
