Working with widgets

I installed the plugin today and delighted with its performance. I do have a couple of questions:

1. Where is/how can I add a ‘blockquote’ sign other than typing it manually?
2. Is there any way i can FIX the height of the widget when rotating testimonials of different lengths? With every tesstimonial the sidebar keeps adjusting its height… here is the link:
