    Hi guys,

    My booking plugin is stuck on appointments form 09am-05pm.
    I also have dates from 19th December completely unavailable.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    Please check in the General Settings option “Period available for booking in advance”, that can be the reason why you don’t see dates from 19th December. As for the working hours, as we can see you have our Premium version so please contact us on our support platform here https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/tickets/ so we can help, since due to the rules we cannot provide support for our Premium plugin here.
