    After I have successfully refunded the order, “Confirm Withdrawal Request” stays active. So it’s a conflict. Order status is refunded but nothing happens to withdrawal request. It should be processed automatically.

    Hi,

    thanks for reporting! I’ll add a feasibility check to our roadmap.

    PS: I guess that you are selling virtual/downloadable products? For physical products the process normally is to confirm the withdrawal, customer sends back the products which only then triggers a refund.
