Work with all Domains?

    I’ve tried everything with using the plugin on this site with Sendgrid. On all our other sites everything works perfectly. On this side we cannot get it to work. We have re-validated the domain several times on Sendgrid, we have re-generated the key several times. Nothing works. I suspect it is the domain name of i-work.zone that isn’t supported with WP Mail SMTP. Can you confirm if that is the case and if we can get this addressed? Or is it an issue with Sendgrid itself?

    Hi @gld,

    Thanks for reaching out. There are no known compatiblity issues with such domain names. Could you please share the results after sending the test email from WP Mail SMTP > Email Test? Please note that the From Email should be specific to the domain you’ve verified with Sendgrid. You can also check Sendgrid email logs to see if the emails are being routed through Sendgrid.
