WordPress.org won't display my wordpress.com blog files

Hello,

I am trying to migrate from wordpress.com to a bluehost-hosted version of wordpress.org. I followed every instruction to export all my wordpress.com files and import them into wordpress.org. What I found was that a very small number of my images displayed in the media library but no blog posts, comments, pages, etc. are displaying. Bluehost says they can’t help me and wordpress.com just tell me to follow the instructions, which I have done several times now. All the other people with similar issues don’t seem to be migrating from wordpress.com and I know the process is different. Is someone able to help me with this please?
