Can you describe “no one is working properly” in more detail?
in 2 blogs it didnt count any visit
and in 1 blog it didnt show top posts, searches etc just count visitors

This could be because the themes are missing the wp_footer(); tag.
Check your theme files at Appearance/Editor in your Dashboard, your theme must have a call to <?php wp_footer(); ?> at the very bottom right before the </body> tag.

Let it run for a day or two. I don’t think those stats are generated instantly.
