wordpress website upload/migration

    Hi,

    I have cloud hosting and I’m having trouble uploading my website. I had the host company upload a previous website of my but I wanted to learn the process. I’ve read the guides regarding Cpanel but as I have cloud hosing it is slightly different. My host was netregistry.

    As far as I know the Cpanel steps are:
    1. backup
    2. export the wordpress database from phpmyadmin
    3. create the database on the host server (this is done for me)
    4. edit wp-config.php file
    5. import the database into phpmyadmin
    6. Upload wordpress files to host (with FileZilla)
    7. Fixing the URL

    Could someone point me in the right direction.
