Can anyone recommend a plugin that may create a documentation of all plugin updates, framework updates and a bonus wish would be documentation of any edits made to the site? Useful is showing client what takes place during the maintenance of a WordPress website, and helpful for invoicing for web maintenance. Thanks in advance!
