WordPress Visual Default Editor not working

i have updated wordpress 4.0 to latest 4.2 version and come to know that default visual editor not working. As per your others blog i have done changes like deactivated all the plugin once then change the theme, clear the cache then again did login but it didnt work for me . am using newspaper wordpress theme.
Help will be appreciated .. !
