    Hi Jason,

Yes, the free version is only for admins. The Pro version has custom permissions. You can read more about them in the documentation.

Hello Matthew, thanks for the reply.

Would you be able to answer another question?

We are using VFB, currently, to take in new applicants. However, we already have a db set up with previous applicants and rest of our other data. We want the new applicant forms to be added to our existing one. Is there a way a Pro version can also save to our current db? If not, how do you suppose I work this out?

Currently, our staff are reading submitted forms from VFB and literally typing them in into our existing db one by one. I’d like to remove that human process.

    Thanks for the help,
    Jason.

Check out the available hooks for VFB Pro: http://vfbpro.com/hooks/.

I’d recommend the vfb_after_email action. It will let you access $_POST and you can do whatever you need to with the data.

    Thanks Matthew!

I will look through those and see what I can come up with.
