WordPress theme editing is locked up

I made some minor changes to the ‘Black Letterhead’ theme and then attempted to delete the links that were in the Blogroll on the side bar. It said I was successful but they are still there. The problem is not only can I not delete them, I can’t add any widgets or make any other changes.

Now..this is ok as I decided to forget the theme and try another one but now the problem is everything is frozen. After choosing another theme and clicking ‘view site’ I still get the ‘Black Letterhead’ page.

I had saved the page in the same directory as my WP files on my server and have deleted it and the theme.

Is there any way I can get WP editing to work and get to check out the other themes?
