WordPress tag taxonomy doesn't work in plugin

    I can’t add a new tag and new catagory in the one of my installed plugin admin panel in WordPress while add a new post.But I can add a tag and catagory from the WordPress default post While add a new post.

    Even I can’t not drag and drop the taxonomies to rearrange. It may be the javascript problem. How may I fix this… ?
