WordPress subsite creator standard role

When a user creates a new subsite on my multisite network, the role given to the creator of the subsite is administrator at the created subsite.

But I don’t want the subsite creator to have administrator rights on its created subsite. I tried using different plugins to solve this issue but nothing seemed to work. I also could’nt find a solution on the internet.

I want that someone can register at my mainsite to create a subsite and have a custom default user role for that subsite.

Does anyone know how to change that wordpress automaticlly assigns the administrator role to a subsite creator?
