WordPress social platform

Hello! My friend wants me to create him custom WordPress page. It needs to be social platform connecting tattoers. First of all, he want to give users the opportunity to register in five different categories: tattoers, models, artists, and tattoo studios. This means that during registration you will have to choose one of the options and will automatically assign us to this group. On the whole site there will be a feed with four categories: tattos, models, artists, and tatto studios (same like in registration). On tatto feed you’ll see newest tatto photos added by users. On models you’ll see newest models regostred. In tatto studios you’ll see newest tattos studio registered. You’ll be able to filter all posts by city. Can I make this using some plugins? If yes, what plugins?
