Your DNS records are still pointing to HostGator. You’ll need to update them to point to SiteGround.
Currently, your domain is registered through GoDaddy but your name servers are at HostGator. Contact SiteGround support to find out what the appropriate settings should be.
hi, @eliotzein I just check your current host service provider is still HostGator. so, contact your service provider.

Quick fix?
Call Hostgator, talk to them, make sure they haven’t deleted your site yet, and pay for a month or two of hosting. Just enough to get your website back running.
Now you can leisurely have Siteground move your site to their service if they will do that for you. And Siteground will hand you an address in the form of a number. Have GoDaddy help you point your domain that is registered there to your new host at Siteground using the IP number they gave you.
Once you’ve done the above and waited a day or so you should have your domain at GoDaddy with GoDaddy running your DNS and Siteground should be running your hosting.
Siteground should be able to tell you they are answering as your host by then.
This seems to be your business here. Spending a few extra dollars to keep your website running seems prudent to me and an investment in the future of your company.
Hello @eliotzein,
Ivan Atanasov from SiteGround here. I am posting a reply in this thread to be sure that there will not be any misunderstandings.
You are already discussing the transfer of your WordPress website from your old hosting provider over to SiteGround. Your Website Transfer ticket ID is 2842135.
The name servers were provided there, however, please note that if you edit this for your roofing-bath.com domain it will be pointed to your hosting account with us, where there is no website at the moment. Our team is on stand by waiting for your update in the ticket.
Note that if your old host suspended your hosting account, we will not be able to get the website from there and move it to SiteGround. It is better if you continue the discussion in your ticket so that we can offer the best possible course of action.
