WordPress site hacked and blank admin

Hi all,

We have 2 problem on our wordpress site:

1. When logging into my wordpress admin i can only see the menu. the rest it black / white. I have tried to rename both plugin folder and theme folder from FTP put the problem consists.

2. Our site looks normal on a computer. But viewing it from a mobile device all photos (its a real estate page) is changed with pictures of pills and direct us to very strange sites. I have copied the whole database and done a virus scan but we cannot find the problem. This must have happend before. And any tips on how to delete it?

If anyone can help with ether one of my problems it would be much appreciated.
