WordPress semi-broken after yum update

Blog has been working fine for almost a year on a FC10 box until the last yum update. Now the blog can still be viewed, but all CSS is stripped out. Also, when I try going to the login page ../wp-admin/ I get a 403 forbidden error. I am getting the same error when I click on the “Log in” link on my Gallery2 photo page as well, so I do not think it is anything with WordPress. I looked through my yum install log, and about the only thing that I can see that might have any influence on my problem is MySQL was updated:

But I have no idea why would would keep apache from executing php files. I am thinking of upgrading to the latest version of WordPress, but am a little nervous that I might create more problems since the current version is not 100% operational.
