WordPress redirecting to local IP

Hello,

I need to operate a project based on WordPress. I’ve installed it via Web PI (Windows Server 2012) and have configured the WordPress URL and the Site URL to a same publicly accessible address.

However here’s the problem. I can access the WP-ADMIN and login to the dashboard without any issue but whenever I tried to visit the site it always redirect me to a local area network IP.

For example:

http://www.netsoft.com/wp-admin <— works fine. Able to login and perform most administrative action.

http://www.netsoft.com <—- doesn’t work. redirect me to a local IP (10.0.32.2).

How do I solve this issue? I can access the license.txt file or any other .php file just fine from the directory (http://www.netsoft.com/license.txt or http://www.netsoft.com/xmlprc.php) so I don’t think it’s a PHP issue.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
