WordPress programmer in Norway/Scandinavia?

I live in Oslo, Norway, and Im planning a site which will require massive programming. I want features that I have no idea how to implement.
Would feel comfortable working with /hiring someone a little “close to home” to help me out with my small and large issues as they may appear.
I may post this again without the local requirement though, if there is no replies. 🙂
