• Greetings all. I have a WordPress site that I use for genealogy and over the past 2 months, it has thrown this error message: “Unable to Start Another Process…” Each time this has happened, the support people have been able to fix it and this latest time (today) they suggested that it was perhaps a poorly written plugin that might be the cause of the problem.

My question is: Has anyone else had this issue? I do use a fair number of plugins, but haven’t made any big changes recently. Plus, I have no idea how the support people expect me to hunt down the phantom script that causing the problem. Does any one have an idea where to look? Thanks.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?
