WordPress pages & admin page completely blank / white

    I recently upgraded to the latest version of WordPress (3.8.1), and now my website – jennihansma.com and my wp-admin pages are completely blank. I also added one other page, and that one seems to be working jennihansma.com/460supplyexhange – I don’t know if that page add might have caused the problem?

    I checked on my ftp and all of the content is still there. I have tried renaming the plugins folder & the theme folder and it doesn’t seem to help. Any assitance would be greatly appreciated, I’m pretty new at this.

    Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and the wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    – running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php
