WordPress.org not accessible on starlink

Hello, please help me to resolve the access to wp-login.php, which is IP restricted on Starlink nternet. I have been provided with the following information, which I am forwarding to you with a request to resolve this issue: Starlink is a new global ISP and their IPv4/IPv6 address space is constantly expanding. According to RFC 8805, Starlink’s self-published IP geolocation channels can be found for machine use at the following link: https://geoip.starlinkisp.net/feed.csv. This service is currently being adopted on a regular schedule by the major geolocation service providers. If you maintain a local geolocation database, we ask that you update your geolocation records according to the self-published channel or use the major geolocation providers. Thank you.
