WordPress on Yahoo-Links issue

Ok, i am new to WordPress as well.

My congrats to the people of WordPress.

Now lets move on to my issue.

I was delighted when i started using WordPress with Yahoo until yesterday when the entire site collapsed and the blog as well. It recovered slowly slowly, with yahoo fixing their servers, i tried to deactivate and activate again my blog and start over again. Although everything is almost fine now, there is a huge problemwith all links. I.e. i have one test post which appears on the home page but when i try to enter the post the link seems to be broken or so. The same happens with all links on the right hand side (i.e. my plugins) like categories, archive and so on.

I have not changed anything, neither have i done any different process from my first 10 days of using it.

I had a look through the pages of wordpress and more specifically on the .htaccess file -which i do not know if it is relevant – but it seems chinese to me. Help me please 🙂
