Hello,
Have you tried changing the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) in Settings -> General ?

Hi KC,
Thanks for your reply! I just double-checked the URLs after reading your post, and both are reading http://www.meganwolfephoto.com/wp like they should.

Hello,
Try contacting your domain hosting provider, let them know you need the CNAME (www) for your domain name.

KC
Getting this message when I access my zone file to find the CNAME: “The zone file is unavailable because the domain’s set nameservers do not belong to this registrar.”
Guessing I should contact my server instead since the nameservers actually belong to them? Or should I still contact my domain?

Hello,
I think its better that you contact your domain hosting provider just in case something messed up.

Hi KC,
They said I don’t have a CNAME set up currently. Should I ask them to set one up? (note: I attempted to set one up myself and totally broke something, so they’re also fixing it ;)).

Hello,
Ask them to make the changes for you. 🙂

Hi KC,
I put in the request, and they told me they can’t make changes on my behalf, and to contact my developer (which would be me.. basically). Any good tutorials out there for setting up CNAME?
(Thanks so much for your help too – it seemed like it would be a small thing to fix when I started this adventure, haha)

Hello,
May I know which domain hosting provider are you using? Most of them provide their own guides on how to change CNAME records.

Hi KC,
My domain was purchased through GoDaddy, but my nameservers belong to my webspace, Omnis. GoDaddy told me they can’t edit anything since I’m not using their nameservers, and Omnis says they can’t make changes on my behalf (which I think is a recent thing – I’ve used them for a couple years now and never got that reply).
