WordPress not loading CSS, and it’s impossible to login

Hello,

I have recently set up a WordPress installation over HTTPS. The installer had no javascript or CSS for some reason. Now, the website doesn’t show any CSS and Firefox gives a “The page isn’t redirecting properly” when accessing wp-login or wp-admin. I have tried going inside the database manually and changing the site URL and installation URL to https. I have also added WP_SITEURL and WP_HOME definitions to my wp-config file as well as FORCE_SSL_ADMIN which has been set to true. Any suggestions?
