WordPress newbie having problems with installing theme

    I keep getting the message of:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 11010048 bytes) in /hermes/bosweb/web241/b2413/ipg.shopthreekeyscom/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/wpsc-merchants/GoogleCheckout-XML.php on line 371

    I searched for it in forums, but everyone has a solution that I do not know how to do! I need someone to explain what to do. I dont get it!

    How are you uploading the theme? It should be as a zip file? And what method are you using to upload?

    You can either add it directly into your-wordpress-directory/wp-content-themes and then unzip it, or use the wordpress uploader built into the interface. If you’re having problems with the way you’re doing it, maybe try the other way?

    I am uploading it as a zip file.
    I go appearance -> Theme -> upload theme
    how do I get to your-wordpress-directory/wp-content-themes?
