wordpress network

I have 2 website with the same domaine, wordpress netwoek
So I have http://www.exemple.com and http://www.exemple.com/en

user can register account with http://www.exemple.com ( in french ) and also on http://www.exemple.com/en
So its ok, but when I go to http://www.exemple.com, if I go to member, I dont see the member who is create on http://www.exemple.com/en

How to display all users on http://www.exemple.com and also on http://www.exemple.com/en

So if I make search, I can found french user and us user same time
