WordPress navigation menu jumps around when viewing from Chrome

    I cant figure this out at all, it is fine on any browser, but Chrome. When you scroll or move your mouse the menu items fall out of place and double up. They also flicker and jump around. Please help me, this is urgent. Thanks!
