WordPress Multisite subdirectory to subdomain URL

    Hello,
    As the title says, I would like to know if it’s possible to have this subdomain mapping and directory structure.

    Apache (WAMP)
Virtual host: site.com -> DocumentRoot "c:\user"
Virtual host: sub1.site.com -> DocumentRoot "c:\user"
Virtual host: sub2.site.com -> DocumentRoot "c:\user"
    user/sub1/
user/sub2/

content of sub1.site.com and sub2.site.com are redirected using a rewrite rule in htaccess in root

user/wp/
wordpress installation that must be in a subdirectory

    I would like to have the following URLS to lead to the appropriate blog
    For example:
    site.com/blog (Blog 1)
    sub1.site.com/blog (Blog 2)
    sub2.site.com/blog (Blog 3)

    Also blogs should be having the same Users database, and without reauth whenever surfing to other sub domain

    Is it possible?
