WordPress MP3 not displaying correctly

    Hello my name is Jamil. I hope this message finds you well. I recently uploaded 2 MP3s onto my website and:

    1) Once uploaded onto the editor, the mp3s display correctly, and appear as a progress bar with a play button (like all audio players)

    2) I press “Update” and save changes, and when I view the live page the MP3 progress bar disappears and becomes a black rectangle with a play button as if it was a video. Nothing happens when I click the button.

    How do I make my live page the same as it appears in the editor page (where it is correct)?

    Sorry @jsayegh1, the display of media files is handled by the theme. Since you are using a commercial theme we can not offer support here in this forum as commercial products are not supported. You may check with the theme developer where you purchased the theme to see if there is a fix for this issue.

    I’m sorry but that is a commercial theme handling that.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
